Today, more than 56 million families are affected by life-limiting illnesses, and every day they pay the price of an overwhelmingly costly, neglected, inequitable, and inefficient care space. With the rapid aging of the world's population and the ever-growing resource constraints of the healthcare systems, moving towards digital care solutions is inevitable. And we happen to be there at the right place, right time, ready to disrupt and redefine palliative care.

At Pal, we are laying the groundwork to become the leading provider of digital palliative care in the home setting. We’re starting with an app that brings (chosen) families together to better care for their loved ones and manage their core fundamental needs.

The internship is a unique opportunity to dig into what it really takes to build a startup from its early days. You will work closely with Pal’s co-founders, Azi and Nara, on multiple creative projects, spanning social media, marketing, communications, content writing and special assignments.

Your responsibilities may include:

• planning, curating, and scheduling content across social channels
• engaging with followers and building community
• monitoring social media metrics, analyzing trends, and adjusting strategies
• planning, researching, and writing in-app, website, and blog content
• designing e-mail marketing campaigns and managing subscriber lists
• creating periodic newsletters with curated updates and stories
• leading unique initiatives, from video production to infographics, depending on business needs
• using analytics for performance assessment and strategy refinement
• ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and identity

You must be available for a duration of at least 3 months, and for a minimum of 3 full days per week.
