Hi there, and welcome to Pal. We are an early-stage digital health startup on a mission to redefine palliative care.
Enabling (chosen) families to deliver better quality of care for a loved one with a life-limiting illness.
Mobilising millions of people, until everyone affected by serious and life-limiting illness has access to high-quality, equitable, and affordable care.
If this is a purpose you see yourself getting behind, we’d love to hear from you.
We are highly aware we are operating in a part of healthcare that is sensitive in nature. This means that we, above all else, search for individuals with empathy, compassion and strong values.
You don’t need to have a personal experience with serious illnesses or palliative care in order to bring value to our team. As long as you feel connected to our purpose, and want to make a difference in this neglected space, we’d love to hear from you.
If so, now is the perfect time to join us. As a founding team member, you will have a significant role in shaping our solution, and influencing where we go from here. You will have a vital part in making a difference for families affected by serious illnesses around the world.

At Pal, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse working environment.
The only thing we all need to share is a common purpose to make the world a slightly better place.

We know all about the challenges that come with dealing with a serious and life-limiting illness, because we’ve been there ourselves. Nara, Pal’s CEO, lost her mom in November 2020, only a short year after she was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. When reflecting back on the time that she was caring for her mom, who was receiving palliative care, she realised the great flaws of this inequitable system.
Nara’s is a story of one. We have been supported and fuelled by the vulnerability of hundreds who let us into their lives and are driven to build for millions who are navigating the world of palliative care, alone and unsupported.
Pal, our story of one, turned into our purpose. Hope it can turn to yours, too.
