How are we doing it?

Our solution has a dual focus, supporting both patients and clinicians.

Our family-facing app allows patients and families to monitor observations, coordinate care, and access trusted resources all in one place. It supports patients and families to feel more confident and supported at every stage of serious illness.

Our AI-enabled clinician-facing platform allows clinicians to remotely monitor real-time symptoms. This proactive approach detects early complications and helps reduce unnecessary hospital visits.

Our story

We know all about the challenges that come with dealing with a serious and life-limiting illness, because we’ve been there ourselves. Nara, Pal’s CEO, lost her mom in November 2020, only a short year after she was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. When reflecting back on the time that she was caring for her mom, who was receiving palliative care, she realised the great flaws of this inequitable system.
